Responsibilities:
- Attend the project kickoff meeting following contract award and facilitate a briefing on project scope with management and contractors.
- Coordinate renovation and reinstatement work on-site for retail shops and departmental counters, liaising with relevant parties.
- Solicit quotations for each contract or project for comparative analysis.
- Assist directors in ensuring projects adhere to deadlines, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Support directors in the preparation and submission of shop drawings.
- Proactively resolve site issues and seek guidance from directors when necessary.
- Conduct risk assessments and other risk management activities.
- Compile and organize all essential project documentation, including Pre-con Survey Reports, PTW submissions, Project Schedules, Weekly Site Progress Reports, Procurement and Drawings Tracking Lists, Handover Reports, Defect Registers, and Certificates of Completion.
- Monitor daily processes and progress at project sites.
- Conduct project site inspections.
- Collaborate closely with and oversee own workers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to statutory and client requirements.
- Manage all site operations, including cost control, contract administration, project delivery, and compliance with quality and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience to co-ordinate and support in handling the progress carpentry project works
- Able to read ID drawings, furniture detailing
- PC literate – proficient in MS office.
- Ad-hoc travel able.
