Job Description:
- Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities for WESTERN cuisines
- To manage cleanliness, wastage and cost control well.
- To implement new menu ideas & festive menus for our buffets.
- Report directly to Executive Chef.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans / PR only.
- Possess relevant professional qualifications.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Able to work independently & a good team player.
- 5 days work week.
