JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Responsible for the supervision of all cleaning staff in multiple sites. Focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty
- Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to multiple sites
- Additionally, carrying out cleaning works to bolster team efficiency
- Planning, reviewing and conducting work schedules for cleaners
- Build good rapport with clients
- Train and guide new cleaners according to company standards
- Keep track and maintain site inventories
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must minimally possess a class 2b driving license (preferably class 3 license)
- Have a methodical approach to cleaning that is organised, efficient and thorough
- The ability to work well independently, and lead a team
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- A positive and approachable manner
- Good numeracy and literacy
- An excellent eye for detail
- Adaptability to change and willingness to adopt new processes and ideas
- The ability to deliver quality work and to work unsupervised
- Attend meetings as and when required
