Job Description:
In this role you will play an important part in expanding and developing business by identifying opportunities, positioning products effectively, and driving growth; get to shape and implement new sales strategies and build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Lead the sales process, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up to date with the market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and tailor our approach accordingly.
- Be responsible for commercial activities within the region.
- Prepares sales forecasts and actively follows up on growth opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on progress.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales from a Freight Forwarding company. Experience from LCL shipping is beneficial.
- Good negotiation skills, great social abilities, and creativity when finding new solutions.
- A team player that likes to cooperate with others to reach common goals and targets
