Job Description
Customer Relationship and Loyalty Program Management
· Design, develop, execute, and optimize data-driven CRM strategies to drive engagement, sales & loyalty program.
· Manage the company's Customer Database, ensuring data completeness, cleanliness, and accuracy.
· Develop and implement strategies to acquire new members and develop strategies for retaining and growing customers into loyal members.
· Conceptualize and implement plans for the generation of quality customer leads/footfalls using cost-effective mediums to meet the business objectives across key touchpoints.
· Thorough analysis to identify incremental sales opportunities and track the effectiveness Optimize CRM assets and relational content to drive customer engagement and loyalty of loyalty campaigns.
· Lead the communications of loyalty campaigns via Electronic Direct Mail (EDM).
· Work closely with internal departments such as retail, merchandising, e-commerce, and collection department to ensure smooth planning and execution of initiatives.
· Lead the communication for the loyalty program with external vendors.
· Data Security and Quality Audits: periodic audits of data & processes and ensure corrective actions.
· Perform other related duties, special projects, and assignments as required.
Marketing Communications
· Liaise with the internal department to communicate on promotions/activities.
· Create a Circular/Memo to inform Retail staff on promotions/activities.
· Perform other related duties, special projects, and assignments as required.
Malls Liaison
· Partnership with mall landlords to develop content and collaboration including events and programs for space activation.
· Liaison with mall on partnerships (Mall Promotions/Activities etc..)
· Perform other related duties, special projects, and assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
· 2 years of experience in CRM, Marketing, Loyalty Program or related field is a must
· Retail and E-commerce experience will be advantageous
· Effective time-management and project-management skills
· Ability to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives
· Strong Organization and People Management skills
· Ability to understand marketing data, build reports, and summarize in a strategic way
· Ability to manage short and long-term deadlines effectively
· Well-developed written and verbal presentation skills
· Proactive and solution-oriented
· Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
