Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of Room Service operations
- Ensure all guest orders, including amenities are delivered in a timely manner and in line with company standards
- Inspect Room Service floors and service landings to ensure service standards are maintained
- Respond to guest inquiries and coordinates special arrangements
- Review SOP and ensure training of team members are in compliance with company’s service standards
- Ensure menu descriptions are up to date and distributed appropriately
- Enforce established guidelines and policies of the company to comply with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising and managing the team
- Achieve monthly sales target and recommend strategies to improve sales
- Monitor P&L and recommend ways to reduce costs and expenses
- Ensure proper cost control on all expenses
Requirements
- Diploma certificate or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably with in-room dining operations
- Possess good verbal, written and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good management of P&L and food costs
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
