Responsibilities
- As part of the Technical Helpdesk Team, you will provide in-house helpdesk and technical support to end users, as well as vessel IT support.
- Support and resolve in-house end user and vessel IT technical issues.
- Take part in the installation of testing and cabling Assist with the setup of workstations, PCs, and printers.
- Performs software updates.
- Assist with the Company’s cyber security defence, including configuring and upgrading routers, switches, firewalls, proxy, anti-virus software, access points and Conduct disaster recovery operations.
Requirements
- ITE/ Diploma in Computer Studies, Information System or related course.
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in Desktop and End User support
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows and Windows installer related topics.
- Comfortable with boarding vessels
- Training provided.
