PURPOSE
We are seeking a skilled Proposal and Service Designer to join Fujifilm Business Innovation APAC. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating persuasive proposals and service presentations for clients, ensuring a visually captivating representation of Fujifilm's business initiatives.
ROLE
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business needs and objectives.
- Develop and design compelling pitch decks, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate Fujifilm's value proposition.
- Create visually appealing and innovative graphics, infographics, and layouts to enhance presentation materials.
- Conduct thorough research to gather relevant data and insights to be incorporated into proposals.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all proposal and presentation materials.
- Think creatively to provide unique and out-of-the-box solutions for presentation challenges.
- Work within tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of design and content creation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in proposal and service design, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of business concepts and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and engaging presentation materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in proposal and service design.
