Job Description
1. Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
2. Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
3. Greet and direct guest to designated room.
4. Record orders, serve food and beverages.
5. Input orders into point-of-sales system.
6. Provide basic technical support (mic checks, karaoke system checks).
7. Maintain a safe and clean environment.
8. Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
10. Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
11. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
