Job Summary:

- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar/West Coast
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) + Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit a tender technical write-up, documents and slides in compliance with all terms, conditions and requirements
- Coordinate all related construction matters with the Subcontractor/Consultant/Client
- Resolve technical problems at the site by developing solutions to problems with the application of engineering concepts, practices and techniques.
- Plan and schedule work progress for construction operations.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors
- Coordinate site activities arrangement and ensure effective teamwork
- Coordinate with consultants on the day-to-day inspection on site and resolve discrepancies and other detailing problems in the construction works with the consultants and superiors
- Assist project manager in preparing daily/weekly and monthly site reports and submit them to the planning department
- Prepare all method statements, drawings and risk assessments for the client to review
- Review and verify all Civil and Structural engineering works comply with the requirement
Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, emphasizing at least 5 years of construction supervision in projects
- Must possess experience in LTA projects
