Job Description & Requirements
Through continuous trend sensing of the market and customers, business strategy establishment and new business discovery are carried out based on changes in the business environment.
Regional strategy establishment & execution management
- Establishing regional strategic directions using insights from local market/customer perspectives
- Clarification of implementation plans for regional key tasks, linking with actual performance / execution
Discovery of local business issues and task execution
- Analysis of the current situation/ setting mid/long-term goals and strategic directions/ deduction of improvement projects/ support for improvement implementation
- Conducting strategic tasks aligned with the company and 4 different product corporates by leading efficient communication between various stakeholders, especially regions and HQ
Trend sensing and insights discovery
- Support for discovering business insights through constant identification of market & competitive trends and sharing with regional representatives / corporate heads
Education level and/or relevant experience(s):
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
- More than 3 years of experience in strategy relevant works
Knowledge and skills:
- Understanding of products and consumer electronics industry
- Possess a methodology and experience to optimize business/region portfolios through strategic work
- Business intelligence analysis and reporting
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
Other requirements:
- A fast learner and a team player.
- No issue on traveling to Asia countries
