Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented candidate with good interpersonal skills for the position of ID Project Supervisor. The candidate must be able to proactively work independently as well as in teams. . Please share your portfolio or links to your works, along with your application.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
- Monitor and implement projects to ensure quality of workmanship, timeliness, compliance with technical and safety requirements and adherence to client's requirements.
- Prepare tender documents, including drafting of contracts, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders, and awarding of procurement contracts.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Make site visits to check on project status and report on projects.
- Outline and determine resource requirements of respective projects.
- Constantly research new and innovative designs, industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain good rapport with suppliers, client consultants and architect contractors.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design, Architecture, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Must be able to understand and read design and technical drawings.
- Self-motivated and result oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to read, write and speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: $3,200 to $5,200 inclusive of Commission
- Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week
- Commission: Competitive commission package
Requirements:.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in this industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Independent, creative, and resourceful approach to tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends (once a month).
