Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily customer service on the Tieba forum platform, including but not limited to answering user questions, handling complaints, and collecting feedback;
2. Assist the team in completing other related tasks.
Job Requirements
1. Excellent communication skills and service orientation, able to patiently resolve user issues and provide efficient service;
2. Good team spirit and sense of responsibility, able to adapt to work pressure;
3. Strong writing and logical thinking abilities, proficient in Chinese typing.

工作职责
1、负责贴吧论坛平台的日常客户服务工作,包括但不限于用户问题解答、投诉处理、反馈收集等;
2、协助团队完成其他相关工作。
