Overview:
Join a dynamic team committed to enhancing the well-being of seniors in our community. We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Programme Associate for our Active Ageing Centres Client. If you have a genuine interest in making a positive impact on the lives of seniors, we invite you to be a part of the mission.
Responsibilities:
- Promote eldercare services and programs offered by our Active Ageing Centres.
- Conduct or support active ageing initiatives, encouraging senior participation in community screening assessments, organizing and implementing programmes, providing befriending services (including home visits), and monitoring vital signs.
- Coordinate care and support services through internal referrals or external agencies when necessary.
- Provide assistance to seniors during outreach events and programmes.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and timely and accurate report submissions.
- Flexibility to perform additional duties and work during weekends or outside regular office hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE 'A' level or Diploma.
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Application.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Genuine interest in engaging with seniors in the community.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant, proactive, and highly accountable for assigned work.
