We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team.
• Overseeing full spectrum of HR activities including talent acquisition, management and retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and welfare, HR budgeting and payroll, statutory/regulatory reporting, employee work pass matters;
• Provide day-to-day support of HR operations;
• Review, upgrade, and develop HR policies to support the business as it grows;
• Partnering with management and work independently to deliver impactful HR/people initiatives and employee engagement to drive retention of the team and support growth;
• Document management - contracts, agreements, HR-related employee letters, work permits, etc;
• Manage payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits of employees;
• Keeping abreast of, and implementing where appropriate, employment legislation and HR best practices.
