Responsibilities
-Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
Maintain organized filing system, maintain customer key information in a database
-Communication Management
Interact with customers to gather information, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaboration with other staff from different departments to resolve challenges.
-Sales Support
Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
Coordinate sales-related activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
Assist in marketing research for different products.
Requirements
-Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a related field
-Experience
2 to 3 years proven experience in relevant role
-Skills
Strong MS Office skills (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT)
English, other languages is a plus
Customer-centered focus
Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
-Abilities
Fast learner and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Strong organizational and time management skills, sharp analytical and critical thinking.
-Nationality
Prefer Singaporean/PR or with legal authorization to work in Singapore
