Job Overview:

The Therapist Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting Senior therapists in their daily activities while also taking on responsibilities related to sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves assisting in therapy sessions, managing administrative tasks, and actively participating in promotional efforts to attract clients and increase the visibility of the therapy services.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Therapist Support:


Assist therapists in preparing for and conducting therapy sessions.

Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Manage scheduling and appointment booking for customers.

Handle initial client inquiries and provide relevant information about therapy services.

Monitor and organize therapy supplies and equipments.

Maintain cleaniness, professionalism and follow SOP.


2. Sales and Marketing:


Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote therapy services.

Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.

Collaborate with the team to maintain a strong online presence through social media platforms, website, and other channels.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in therapy services.

Actively engage in networking activities to build relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and other professionals in the industry.

Participate in community events and outreach programs to promote therapy services.


3. Administrative Tasks:


Handle billing and invoicing for therapy services.

Manage client intake processes, including paperwork and data entry.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records related to therapy sessions and client information.

Provide general administrative support to the therapy practice.


Qualifications and Skills:


1. No experience individuals are welcome, must have a strong willingness to learn.

2. Previous experience in a therapy support role or administrative position is advantageous.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.

4. Knowledge of therapeutic practices and an understanding of basic health and wellness will be advantageous.

5. Proficiency in office software and basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

6. Ability to multitask and work as a team.
