Sales Admin Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide primarily support at sales department.
  • Attends customers phones enquiries.
  • Work closely among inter-departments.
  • Follow up the documents update such as Invoices and Credit note, E-Invoices to customer.
  • E-filing, Transmission in Customer's Portal within the timeline
  • Other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. 'O' levels
  • Comfortable working with people from all levels
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Bilingual in English, Mandarin and Malay in order to communicate with multilingual speaking customers.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Attentive to details and fast learner
  • Able to work in a team
  • Meticulous and independent
  • Able to start work immediately or within short term notice.
  • Willing to work on Saturday when required, allowance will be provided

OTHERS:

  • Sales Commission: estimated $250
  • Attendance and shift allowance
  • Staff discount
  • 5 days work week, Monday to Friday
  • Working location: Senoko Way
