Job Summary:

- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar/West Coast
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) + Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Director/Manager in administering all documentation involved with the LTA project,
- Process all incoming and outgoing documents within the required period and procedure
- Ensure all documents/drawings are organised, stored, and backed up according to the company procedure
- Prepare letters, DAR, and other transmittals for submitting deliverables to clients
- Monitor and keep track of project document submission status
- Performs other project-related administrative duties as assigned by the Project Director/Manager
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in LTA construction projects working as a document controller
- Positive working attitude
- Willing to work at site office environment
