Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek opportunities to grow the business, develop marketing strategy and communication plan that promote successful partnerships to meet set objectives.
- Recruitment, interview and onboarding of new business partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments and/or external vendors to support business partners and franchisees.
- Oversees and provide support to operations and business partners on their financial development and operational performance.
- Leverage cross-functional collaboration to facilitate the development of the Franchise channel.
- Presentation to the board on performance of individual outlets.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in retail operation, sales or related position.
