Job Summary:
- Industry: Construction
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar/West Coast
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate terms and conditions, as well as contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors
- Be responsible for quantity measurement, costing, and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract
- Track changes to the design or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Forecast the cost of different materials required for the project
- Evaluate progress payments, variation orders, cost-benefit analysis, and perform variation order
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims promptly
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
- At least 8 years in the Singapore construction industry, with experience in an LTA project
- Immediate Starters will have an advantage
