Responsibilities:
- Support for all brands within the Hug In The Spa Pte Ltd
- Provide services to customers in accordance with the company's quality standards
- Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of the outlet
- Check and maintain product supplies
- Replace soiled linen in treatment rooms
- Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages to customers
- Establishing a good rapport with customers
- Handle customers’ requests and inquiries when necessary including setting appointments with customers and ensuring follow up
- Ensure stocks in the outlet are within expiry dates and restock supplies when necessary
- Promote service packages and beauty products to customers
Requirements
- Preferably with experience in Facial treatment
- Possess relevant ITEC, CIBTEC, CIDESCO, or NITEC Beauty Certifications
- Experience in selling beauty products and treatments in a professional and convincing manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- A love for meeting people is a definite advantage
- Bubbly personality
- Able to work retail hours
- Training provided.
