Responsibilities
- Initiate first contact with potential leads through phone calls, emails, networking events, exhibitions, and social media.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospects' needs and align them with the company's products and services.
- Assess marketing-generated leads (MQL) engagement activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s ideal customer profile.
- Gather needs and requirements of MQL to establish qualified leads (SQL).
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agencies and customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide lead nurturing content for continuous customer engagement and campaign optimization feedback.
- Keep detailed notes of engagements to monitor and track pipeline activities.
- Stay updated on the company’s products, services, industry trends, and competitor offerings for effective representation to potential customers.
Requirements
- Diploma and above
- Good spoken of English and Chinese
- Team player with the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, and proactive.
- Experience in sales, marketing, travel, and the yachting industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven sales techniques with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable performing outbound activities that convert to sales appointments.
- Prior experience in CRM or loyalty solutions is advantageous.
- Strong relationship builder with experience in sales preferred
- Familiarity with digital solutions and tools for prospect business analysis.
- Customer-oriented with exceptional interpersonal, and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and numbers-oriented.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with efficient time management and prioritization skills.
