Working Days & Hours
Monday to Friday (5 days work week)
8.30am to 6pm (for Mon-Thurs) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (for Fri)
1 hour lunch break
Overtime Given in off-in-lieu
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administrative support new grant management system
- Assist in arranging meetings for UATs
- Review data for data migration
- Assist in developing the test plans for UATs
- Collate UAT feedback from users
- Support launch of grant management system
- Assist in following up with awardee for post-award report requirement
- Assist in reviewing of financial reports and ensuring accuracy of data
- Assist in reviewing and auditing of utilisation reports
- Assist in updating grant database
- Take on any other assignments that the team and Department may assign from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree, Preferably in Accounting and Finance
- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in a relevant administrative position, preferably with audit background
- Good oral and written English; good telephone etiquette.
- Literacy in computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfortable with reviewing e-documents
- Good organisational skills
