Project Administrator cum Document Controller

We are looking for a Project Administrator cum Document Controller to assist the Project Manager involved in Civil Engineering projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations.
  • Manage employee's monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A Year Income Tax Assessment.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee data in HR system and manage leave administration.
  • Full knowledge in handling work passes (Application, renewal, cancellation etc).
  • HR knowledge specific to construction industry.
  • Process government-paid leave application/claims and government grants.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Arranging the necessary training for project staff and workers.
  • Keeping updated register of employees of the project.
  • Maintain records for the operations and project team.
  • Develop and maintain document control processes.
  • Maintain filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department.
  • Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required
  • Preparation of project templates (forms, quality documents etc..).
  • Other ad-hoc admin/HR duties when assigned from time to time.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Min GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Min 3 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Construction Industry.
  • Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, take initiative and well organized.
  • Able to work fast under pressure.
  • Mature, with an attention to detail and highly resourceful.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint, etc).
