We are looking for a Project Administrator cum Document Controller to assist the Project Manager involved in Civil Engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations.
- Manage employee's monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A Year Income Tax Assessment.
- Update and maintain accurate employee data in HR system and manage leave administration.
- Full knowledge in handling work passes (Application, renewal, cancellation etc).
- HR knowledge specific to construction industry.
- Process government-paid leave application/claims and government grants.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Arranging the necessary training for project staff and workers.
- Keeping updated register of employees of the project.
- Maintain records for the operations and project team.
- Develop and maintain document control processes.
- Maintain filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department.
- Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
- Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required
- Preparation of project templates (forms, quality documents etc..).
- Other ad-hoc admin/HR duties when assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Min GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma in Business Administration.
- Min 3 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Construction Industry.
- Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, take initiative and well organized.
- Able to work fast under pressure.
- Mature, with an attention to detail and highly resourceful.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint, etc).
