Company Description: We are a furniture importer and distributor with our own line of products. Our main products are household furniture including wardrobes, side cabinets, desks, executive chairs and more. We mainly service furniture retailers as well as their customers who are end users. We are an employee-centric company with an inclusive environment and flexible work arrangements. Our biggest asset is the teamwork of our staff! We welcome anyone with the applicable skillsets to apply, regardless of qualifications.
1. Answer enquires and order placement calls from customers, mainly in Chinese and English.
2. Generate the Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoices and any other documents.
3. Delivery route recording.
4. Record the stock movement in the accounting system.
5. Any other duties assigned.
6. Able to communicate in 2 or more local languages
7. 5.5 day work week (Alternate Saturday)
