The Global Risk Operations SEO (Specialized Enforcement Operations) team is seeking an experienced, operations-oriented, data-driven Market Manager who is passionate about developing individuals and teams while providing a great support experience for our community of users.


The successful candidate will work with the South Asia region and support a team that reviews and enforces on content reported for potential abuse, resolves user account issues, and improve the overall support experience for users in the South Asia region, as well as solve enforcement issues across a wide range of Meta markets.


In SEO the team specifically focuses on high priority, complex or regulatory enforcement demand, where our systems or scaled solutions need specialized support. SEO’s team is flexible and agile, bringing enforcement expertise that can be deployed to shifting priorities and dynamic emergent situations, necessitating local context, language, policy, community or functional expertise.


The Market Manager will be responsible for building an inclusive team culture that works to protect our communities by enforcing on harmful content and will also help scale our operations by optimizing and automating processes, solving challenging problems and, most importantly, helping to prevent them.


This position is full time and is based in our Singapore office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive operational excellence, including streamlining internal processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement across various business functions and workflows.
  • Manage Specialised Enforcement Operations team to ensure compliance with core KPIs and SLAs, work cross functionally with stakeholders to review and improve business processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Build, scale, and maintain programs that drive strategic priorities from ideation to implementation, primarily through strong program management principles and hands-on leadership.
  • Exhibit excellent judgment on sensitive and cross-functional issues, fostering collaboration between leaders, sub-teams, and the larger organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading broad and geographically dispersed operations organizations, specifically in workflow management, user support and project management.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading operations teams focused on process optimization, rigor, standardization, and efficiency.
  • Impeccable organization skills, with project and process management skills and a track record of dependable follow-through.
  • Demonstrated record of problem-solving, influencing, and analytical skills, including presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and willingness to play high and low – to think strategically and dig into the details to execute.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience, including experience managing senior ICs.
  • 8+ years of experience in Operations Management with a demonstrated record of accomplishment in delivering business value using strong process/project management practices in technology operations/Trust and safety space.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and/or master's or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading global teams.
  • Passion for supporting the Facebook and Instagram community.
  • Experience communicating with a variety of audiences and stakeholders from the South Asia region.
