Objectives:
As a Language Interpreter (Mandarin – English) WFH, you will operate from your home office. It is crucial to establish a quiet and secure workspace. The calls you will handle may encompass a wide range of topics, from simple to complex, covering non-technical and technical subjects in various sectors including healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel and hospitality, 911 emergency services, law enforcement, and general business.
Other information:
- You will be entitled to Annual Leave
- Working hours: 40 hours per week (5 days work week), 8-hour shifts between 9PM - 10AM
- Contract: 12 months (Renewable)
- Remote work from home
- A one-month training period with a requirement to pass an assessment within two attempts
- Training allowance will be provided with 100% attendance required
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (including reading) to converse with Chinese speaking callers
- Must own a laptop / PC with webcam
- High speed internet connection with cable or fibre optic internet only
- Own an extra mobile phone
