About the role:
This position is for a Customer Data Management technician who is under direct supervision. Tracks data on customer activities and assists with compiling customer service data. Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures
Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Works under direct supervision to provide assistance with customer data management activities.
- Uses computer software programs to accurately compile customer data.
- Tracks data on customer activities.
- Assists with compiling customer service data for basic business planning, sales forecasting and product quality measures.
- Assists with generating basic reports and statistics on sales.

As a minimum you must have:
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing customer database.
- Experience in SAP and Office Skills (Excel) is desired to have.
