Job Scope:

  • Personal Assistant to Director
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education background of Diploma, A-Levels, or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and detailed
  • Full Time, Part Time, Intern positions available
  • No work experience required
  • Final year university students are welcomed
