Responsibilities:
- Liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors on financial accounting and regulatory reporting matters
- Representative for annual audit including provision of finance deliverables, handling queries and preparing annual financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting (including audited financial statements) to internal stakeholders, regulators and Head Office
- Oversee, review and maintain effective controls and ensure compliance with group policies and local regulatory guidelines
- Responsible for timely update of Finance policies
- Participating in Projects relating to Accounting & Regulatory Reporting Function in Singapore as well as new product roll-out
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance or Certified Public Accountant or Equivalent
- 10 years or more hands on working experience in finance function in the financial services industry with a strong understanding of financial instruments
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Singapore regulatory reporting requirements
- Prior working experience in finance function / projects and with T24 / SAP knowledge an added advantage
