Job Purpose:
Works closely with Senior Management on strategic business planning and operations, and is responsible for the monthly financial performance and day-to-day operations of the outlets (maximum 2) under his/her purview.
Responsibilities:
Business Operations
· Responsible for the business performance of the multiple outlets under his/her charge
· Analyze business performance to optimise sales and profitability
· Develop and implement budgets
· Oversee cost controlling and food purchasing activities
· Work closely with the cross functional departments to ensure business continuity
· Manage and review systems and processes
· Facilitate innovation and lead team leaders to implement change
· Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales
· Manage external service providers
· Handling emergency and difficult situations.
Customer Service
· Manage customer service
· Innovate the customer experience
· Promoting the restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
People Management
· Monitor and manage the Outlet Managers’ performance
· Develop team leaders through capability development and coaching
· Facilitate innovation and lead team leaders to implement change
Adhering to Quality and Standards
· Ensure compliance on high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Skills/Qualifications:
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in food court / institutional catering
· At least 3 years’ experience in managing multiple outlets
· Minimum ‘O’ level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent
· Processes strong leadership qualities
· Willing to be involved in hands on operations
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to lead and motivate to produce results
· Passionate about leading by example
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
