Job Description / Responsibilities
- Responsible in handling the cashier
- Uniforms will be provided
- Upselling of baked goods and souvenir items
- Pick and Pack baked goods such as buns, loafs, cakes, muffins , cookies based on customer order
- Prepare hot/iced beverages such as coffee (latte, cappuccino, long black etc) based on customer order
- Handle customer inquiries (for both walk-in and phone calls)
- Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
Requirement
- Able to work in rotating shifts ( 7am - 4pm, 11am - 9pm, |10 hours shift)
[Changi Airport T2 outlet: 7am - 4pm, 1pm - 11pm]
(OT pay for additional hours as per MOM regulations)
- Able to work on Public holidays and Weekends (4 days OFF /month)
- Good communication skills
- Able to speak fluent English
- Able to work independently
- Experience in Customer Service/F&B is a plus
- Candidates who are able to start work immediately are preferred.
- Candidates with barista experience (espresso-based coffees) is a plus.
- On-job training will be provided
