Job Description
- Administrative Support for the office and Management staff
- Maintain the filing system with proper backup for all files
- Perform general Reception duties for office incoming calls and emails
- Knowledge of basic computer office skills for MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and able to multitask
- Standard written and verbal communication skills in English
- Responsible and willing to learn on the job
- Working hours: 5.5 days (alternate saturday off)
- - Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm
- - Saturday: 9am to 1pm
