Job Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for supplies and services related to the commodity
- Conduct competitive sourcing process, initiation of request, negotiation of commercial terms, preparation of analysis and recommendation of award
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure best value buys and transparent purchasing process are executed
- Manage and engage closely with both internal and external stakeholders of their various need and requirement
- Ensure compliance to corporate policies and internal guidelines
- Achieve KPI at Company/team level
- Any other duties or tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 1-4 years of work experience in hospitality, F&B, procurement, or similar role
- Possess time, task, and resource management skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Good analytical, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent proficiency with standard office applications, especially MS Word & MS Excel
- Motivated to learn, resilient and adaptable to fast pace environment
- Ariba knowledge would be an advantage
- Fluent in English verbally and written
