Job Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities for supplies and services related to the commodity
  • Conduct competitive sourcing process, initiation of request, negotiation of commercial terms, preparation of analysis and recommendation of award
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure best value buys and transparent purchasing process are executed
  • Manage and engage closely with both internal and external stakeholders of their various need and requirement
  • Ensure compliance to corporate policies and internal guidelines
  • Achieve KPI at Company/team level
  • Any other duties or tasks assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent discipline
  • Minimum 1-4 years of work experience in hospitality, F&B, procurement, or similar role
  • Possess time, task, and resource management skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Good analytical, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency with standard office applications, especially MS Word & MS Excel
  • Motivated to learn, resilient and adaptable to fast pace environment
  • Ariba knowledge would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English verbally and written
