Wizlah is a Singapore-based tech start-up with both B2C and B2B products for the built environment, powered by augmented reality and 3D technology. We are searching for an experienced product manager to help us build product both faster and better.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research, gather business insight, identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with designers and software engineers to define product requirements, roadmap, iterations and prioritization
- Take ownership of product feature development, from initial requirement management to post-live analysis, drive the best product efficiency and experience
- Participate in UX/UI reviews, identify inconsistency, gaps and loopholes that may affect customer journey
- Conduct a preliminary evaluation of proposed features in the product testing and confirmation phase
- Engage in retrospectives and actively contribute to crafting improvement plans for identified gaps
- Partner with the marketing department to track and stimulate the success of products
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Requirements
- 5+ years of tech company working experience, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and business teams
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and scrum process
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience working in B2B and e-commerce preferred
