Job Description
- Handling full set of accounts which includes AR, AP, Inventory and GL
- Assisting in monthly and yearly closing activities including reports and reconciliation
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and accounts schedules
- Preparing payment vouchers, journal entries and input into the system
- Responsible for GST Submission
- Liase with Auditors to coordinate the financial year end audit
- Liase with Tax Consultant for providing accounts details for Income Tax Returns
- Preparing of Survey and Statistics forms
- Any administrative duties or ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 Year(s) full set of accounting experiences
- Knowledge and hands - on experience in handling accounting software will be a plus
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Possess initiative, good working attitude and have strong sense of responsibility
- Team Player with ability to work independently
