We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Director with expertise in industrial park development and construction in both Singapore and China. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth, leveraging their extensive network, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business development team to identify new opportunities, develop markets, and secure profitable deals.
- Utilize an extensive network of developers, investment funds, and listed companies to foster collaborations.
- Develop strategies for market penetration in both Singapore and China’s industrial park sectors.
- Ensure alignment of business development strategies with corporate goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within the building construction industry in both Singapore and China.
- Familiarity with Singaporean and Chinese industrial park development and construction landscapes.
- Established connections with active developers, investment funds, and listed companies in both regions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin; excellent communication skills for effective negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field; Master’s preferred.
