- Reviewing and analyzing occurrences and raising alert to management for adverse event.
- Receiving and logging Hospital Occurrence Reports
- Preparing summary and annual reports of the department.
- Assisting and coordinating in investigation and handling feedbacks relating to clinical issues.
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Nursing
