The Job:
- Provide routine checks and readings report at Data Centre - high megawatts DC, MOP & SOP experience, UPS, STS, DRUPS, CRAC, PDU, Chillers, BMS, fire protection systems, HVAC.
- Ensure all standby equipment ready for critical loads.
- To be on standby for any facilities related emergency and may need to attend onsite if necessary.
- Record down Power and Racks utilization for at Data Centers.
- Handle stock inventory count every 2 months and ensure stocks are recorded in order.
- Responsible for Data Centre provisioning (racks, power, cooling)
- Handle incident report and incident review.
- Handle all the maintenance contract, ensure all the equipment is well maintenance by direct OEM (Original Equip Manufacturer):
- Supervise works being carried out by contractors and vendors for Data Center’s facilities
- Escort Vendor to service our rectifier located at 3 x Cable Landing Station (CLS) (Quarterly Maintenance)
- Coordinate and supervise of facilities equipment repair work by contractors
- Monthly KPI review with appointed agent for Data Centers
- Conduct EOP with appointed Shift Engineer.
- Update FM defects tracker for Data Center and follow up with main-contractor.
- Source for quotations, compare quotes and assist in preparing purchase request.
- Coordinate with vendor on A&A (additions & alterations) project works.
