Dr Cai Yu Group: Assistant Research Officer
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic research team to study mosquito-microbiome interactions. The successful candidate will participate in the ongoing research to understand the intricate relationship between mosquitoes and Wolbachia endobacteria, with the aim of developing innovative vector control strategies. A capable candidate will have the opportunity to lead their own research project.
Requirements:
- MSc / BSc (Honors) in Biological Sciences or a related field
- Independent and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a research team
- Basic training in molecular biology
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
