Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential location for opening of new outlets
- Conduct feasibility study & research on potential location
- Recommend potential outlets to internal stakeholders
- Ensure current leases are negotiated and executed on time and within budget
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, project team and finance team.
- Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and landlords.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry handling sale, leasing and/or marketing of commercial properties/ shops/ outlets.
- Good knowledge of local real estate legislation and regulations
- Extensive network of commercial properties that are available for lease and/or sale
- Well versed in market trends and practices in the commercial industry
- Excellent communication , presentation and negotiation skills
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (both languages are essential to liaise with stakeholders)
- Knowledge in building M&E matters would be an advantage.
- A degree in real estate would be an advantage.
