Job Description:
The position requires the handling and processing of Vessel Requisitions for Stores, Provisions, Spare Parts, Lubricants, Chemicals & Gases for obtaining quotations from approved suppliers, evaluating and comparing offers for further submittal to responsible Superintendents for approval, liaising with suppliers to process approved orders, controlling received quantities and purchase invoices in accordance with the company's procedures and purchasing software.
If you are a team player, results oriented, adaptive, with excellent communication skills, high level of command in verbal/written English, computer literate and supportive to supply management software applications, you can be an integral part of company's further development.
Job Requirements:
Prerequisites include tertiary education, preferably in shipping related subject, and previous experience of minimum three (3) years in similar position(s) in Ship Management Supply/Purchasing Department. Competitive remuneration/benefits and opportunity for professional advancement are offered.
