Roles & Responsibilities
Technician Responsibilities:
- Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
- Carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs to building works and M&E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system.
- Involved in coordination and supervisor of construction works
- Responsible for planning, managing and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned
- Responsible for effective site management which include safety inspection and quality control of materials and plants on site
- Required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Experience as a technician.
- Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
- Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
- Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
