As a Sales Executive / Manager for European Fine Food, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing brand identity, and fostering strong customer relationships. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for our range of European Fine Food products, not limited to truffles and caviar.
- Identify and target potential clients, including hotels, restaurants, gourmet stores, and distributors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Be well versed with products, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Conduct market research, competitor information to identify potential growth opportunities, customer preferences, and emerging trends in the food industry.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to the management team.
- Plan brand strategy and activities across different channels
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in marketing, business, or a related field is a prerequisite.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales and business development experience within the food industry.
- Proficiency in conversational / written Italian is a MUST
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel /Powerpoint
- Showing great attention to detail and well-organized.
- Able to manage tight deadlines and multi-task.
- Able to respond quickly and effectively to changes and work in a fast paced environment.
