GenAI Marketing Manager

We are looking for a GenAI Marketing Specialist who can lead the planning and execution of marketing, social media and community management tasks related to generative AI products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a GenAI Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead/assist with the following duties:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience. Identify key social media platforms for the organization and create plans to optimize presence and engagement.
- Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (text, images, videos, etc.). Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned social media assets. Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely execution of campaigns.
- Social Media Campaigns: Brainstorm, implement, and monitor social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and conversions. Set campaign objectives, define target audiences, and determine appropriate metrics to measure success.
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive community by actively engaging with users, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Monitor social media platforms for user-generated content, mentions, and feedback, and leverage them to enhance brand advocacy.
- Influencer and Partnership Collaboration: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to collaborate on social media campaigns and promotions. Monitor influencer campaign performance and measure the impact on brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations and sentiment about the organization's brand, products, or services. Take proactive measures to manage and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and potential crises in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in communication studies, marketing, advertising, or arts & design
- 4-5 years working experience in tech startup environments, preferably in gaming, social media, marketing, advertising, branding, arts & design
- Passionate about social media and/or AI
- Display evidence of good English copywriting and/or creative design skills
- A good understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances in different countries
- Familiarity with and willingness to learn about the rapidly-changing AI technologies
- Consumer tech or "mobile app" experience, or "lifestyle brand" experience preferred
- An excellent communicator who is able to create high quality documentation and lead knowledge-sharing
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and work effectively as part of a dynamic team
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
