Responsibilities
- Attend to day-to-day operations, order fulfillments and customers’ enquiries for e-commerce platform.
- Manage website content and ensure accuracy on content updates.
- Assist in the development, implementation and performance analysis of digital marketing activities and promotional campaigns for e-commerce platform.
- Create email marketing and digital marketing materials to generate consumer engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with respective brand team to develop online merchandising strategies and liaise with inter-departments to ensure seamless operation in e-commerce fulfillment.
- Keep abreast of e-commerce competition, digital marketing trends, social media and web technologies.
- Assist in execution of marketing programs for assigned projects, preparation of presentations and reports to management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- Entry level/Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge in e-commerce, SEO, SEM and HTML would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills in data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
