This is a 12-month contract role.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
· Leads the development of equipment and asset strategy in cross functional environment using reliability processes such as RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), etc.
· Leads reliability and integrity improvement programs such as ROI (Reliability Opportunity Identification) and Bad Actor in cross functional environment.
· Improve equipment performance through use of reliability tools such as RCA (Root Cause Analysis), etc.
· Leads or participates in complex equipment troubleshooting and cross/multi-functional problem-solving events.
· Contributes as a subject matter expert to determine the integrity and fitness of equipment for safe operation.
· Supports the development and implementation of capital projects and plant modifications.
· Develops maintenance procedures and conducts trainings to improve the competency of technicians..
• Implementation the project controls processes, procedures and systems.
• Support the Project with establishing list of plans required to execute the project and their hierarchy relationship.
• Development and maintenance of accurate project schedule integrating all disciplines and functional requirements.
• Implementation of the cost management, risk management, planning and progress monitoring procedures.
• Implementation of Management of Change procedure and processes.
• Analyse project schedule and cost performance, progress trends and changes in risk profile to provide project team with forward looking unbiased view of the health of the project.
• Analyse trends that offer early warning of any deviations.
• Review scope change requests for the total installed cost & schedule impact.
Responsibilities
· Define problem statements and project scope of all mechanical and environmental systems - be equally skilled in defining problems as solving them
· Structural, vibrational, and heat transfer analysis using FEA simulation tools
· Design of temperature and vibration control/isolation systems for the sensor and optics workbench
· Design and fabricate jigs, mounts, and fixtures for electronics, optics, and vacuum assembly
· Create CAD models, engineering drawings, and select appropriate manufacturing processes for precise fabrication of optomechanical components
· Works effectively in a team environment and builds consensus.
· Working knowledge of a broad range of cost controls systems, tools, and practices specifically in the oil & gas industry.
· Computer skills – Excel, Primavera, PowerBI, Microsoft Office.
· Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills & ability to interface with various levels of project and organisational stakeholders
