Job Description:
- Assist to provide pre-sales technical support, assist in product/system architecture proposal
- Provide professional presentation and consultation on the company’s products and services for existing and new customers.
- Assist in Research and support the communication process with prospects.
- Capable of Clearly articulating technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
- Assist to define and contact new prospects. Manage existing customer accounts, and at the same time, seek and develop new customer accounts.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Assist to establish business and industry contacts and cultivate relationships to identify new business and revenue opportunities.
- Able to build strong and strategic partnerships at all levels of prospects and clients as well as develop future businesses
Requirements:
- Min1-3 years of experience in an IT or Physical Security System with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Diploma in IT or Engineering technology solution will be an advantage
