Job Description
- Provide Technical Support for our product and services
- Resolve All technical Issues for our customer
- Installation of power train, electrical and electronic components in bus assembly line
- Use diagnostic tools to trouble shoot technical issues
- To conduct pre-delivery inspections, conduct training to drivers
- To investigate quality issues and prepare technical report and solve any technical issues with the suppliers when arises.
- To conduct technical meeting, close off technical issues, implement solutions to improve product design and process.
- To oversees warranty claims process, and submit claims to suppliers.
- Involve in Prototyping
- To conduct Quality control check and end of line testing in production line to raise quality control standards
Requirements
- ITE(Nitec/ Higher for Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent
- Experience in automotive industry or commercial vehicles will have an added advantage
- Knowledge of troubleshooting vehicles defects and/or usage of diagnostic tools
- Possess strong analytical skills with good attitude and self motivated
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS excel, ppt, word
